Complimentary resources for your health and wellbeing
I know how stressful and chaotic life can get. You may feel like you are stuck in a never-ending cycle of work, stressful relationships and feeling crappy about yourself. I’ve been there. I lived many years feeling stuck, anxious, stressed and helpless feeling like there was no way out. It took a while but once I really started focusing on my internal health and wellbeing, everything started to fall in to place.
These tools that I share with you below are some of the tools I used myself, and still use to this day to help me keep a clear mind, open heart and happy soul.
You are not alone in your journey. I am available for one on one sessions and group sessions if that resonates with you. Know that life isn’t perfect. There are days I struggle too, even though I am on the path of health and healing, there are times where life can be tough. So don’t beat yourself up. Take one step at a time, one day at a time and know that even if you did one thing for yourself today, it’s a start. Keep going, keep it up. You got this.
It’s my passion to share tools that are helpful. That’s why I am constantly creating resources to share with you. To help guide you back to your inner peace, to maintain your sanity and to connect in with your internal compass.
You deserve to be happy, you deserve peace, you deserve to connect in with yourself.
If this is all new for you, start small. Slowly, slowly, these small changes in mindset, heart and soul, and the way you choose to live life will build up.
If you're already on the path, then well done. These resources will be helpful for you too.
Please enjoy these complimentary resources as a gift from me to you. 💫
PS I am constantly creating content, so please come back and check what’s new if you are enjoying what’s on offer.
HELPFUL TOOLS & RESOURCES 👇🏼
Guided meditation
A beautiful guided meditation aimed at helping you to ground, find peace and re-connect with nature energetically. This grounding guided meditation will help you de-stress, get out of your head and back in to your body to feel peaceful and light.
You will hear some subtle Tibetan singing bowls in the background to further support you in to releasing and absorbing your experience.
If you are in need of some guidance to help you in to a relaxed state, then please watch this video and be immersed in this nature meditation.
Humming exercise.
Humming with your hands over your ears is a simple and effective tool to help you reduce anxiety and stress quickly. Sensing the sounds and feeling the vibrations helps to have a more powerful effect and get out of your thoughts very quickly to feel calm and back in to your body.
Scientifically; humming stimulates the vagus nerve which lowers stress, boosts immunity and improves breathing. It also increases nitric oxide production i.e better circulation & airflow. Plus it increases oxygen, melatonin, lowers blood pressure plus a whole stack more great things! All this from a simple exercise! Try it out. What have you got to lose? (except a little stress 😝)
Guided meditation
A beautiful guided meditation aimed at helping you to acknowledge and release the year. It can also be used to mark the end if in a transition phase.
This meditation takes you through an ocean visualisation and is very powerful at letting go.
There is some Himalayan singing bowl sounds in there too.
If you are feeling the need to release, to purge, to let go, then try this guided meditation out. It’s very relaxing and easy to follow.
Body parts relaxation
Be immersed in a body parts relaxation accompanied by the rhythmic beat of the Medicine drum.
Sit or lay down in a comfortable position, and listen to the words, allowing yourself to settle in to the relaxation.
This is a great relaxation if you have been holding on to any tension or tightness anywhere in your body. You will be prompted to breathe and let go.
You don’t need any meditation experience at all. Suitable for all levels. As long as you are willing, you will receive some benefit from this relaxation.
