A GUIDED RETURN TO ALIGNMENT THROUGH YIN YOGA, SOUND HEALING AND ENERGETIC PRACTICES

If life has felt busy, overwhelming or out of balance; this event offers space to slow down, be supported and reconnect with yourself without needing to fix or change anything.

When we’re constantly giving, pushing or holding it all together, balance can quietly slip away. This offering is an opportunity to come back to yourself. To listen inward, restore equilibrium and reconnect with what feels true and steady within you.

This experience is for anyone feeling stretched, tired or disconnected from their centre. It’s for those who are feeling the pull to take a breath from every day life and listen inward. You don’t need flexibility, prior experience or answers. Just a willingness to pause and allow your system to settle in a guided, nurturing space.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Balance: A Yin & Sound-led journey is a small-group experience designed to gently guide you back into alignment: physically, emotionally and energetically.

In this 2 and a half hour journey, Hong from Yoga With Hong, and Joanne from Healing Soul Whispers, will guide you through:

💫A slow and purposeful grounding Yin Yoga flow to help the body soften and the nervous system settle.

💫Guided reflection / journalling to acknowledge where you are at, and where you want to be.

💫Guided energetic practises to support you through the process helping to restore balance and encourage a deeper connection to your inner state.

💫A nourishing Sound bath of sounds and vibrations offering space to absorb, integrate and allow you to go deeper and integrate.

💫 Tea & light nibbles.

This will be a truly beautiful event designed to be a slow and spacious experience helping you to listen inward and rebalance.

This intimate offering is limited to 12 participants and is suitable for all levels. No prior experience of Yin or Sound is needed, just an openness to slow down, be supported, and receive.

WHAT TO BRING

Your beautiful self! Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the event to give you a chance to settle in to the space.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows will be provided. Paper for journalling will also be supplied, however you may wish to bring your own journal if you have one .

Please bring reading glasses if needed, a water bottle and any other items of comfort.

Please note that no prior experience of Yin or Sound is needed! Both Hong & Joanne will explain everything to you and guide you through the evening. ** Yin Yoga is a soft, slow, meditative practice that involves holding passive poses for several minutes at a time to stretch the deeper connective tissues in the body. It encourages you to relax into the stillness of each pose offering a profound transformation within the body and mind, also allowing emotional release.

    After years of anxiety, depression, loss and trauma; she found her way back to health & wholeness via Reiki, Sound and meditation. She supports others in finding this same calm, clarity, and connection through intuitive, gentle, heart-led healing practices.

    Her sessions are an experience designed to calm the nervous system, balance energy and invite deep inner stillness. This in turn helps participants reconnect with self through the healing power of sound and energy.
